Project Overview
In 2023, Creative Hare was approached by a global pharmaceutical company undergoing a full rebrand following a major acquisition. Their Dublin manufacturing facility required a complete transformation: all remnants of the former brand identity needed to be removed and replaced with a modern, unified look aligned with new global guidelines.
The Brief
The client required a complete brand refresh across reception areas, corridors, labs, break rooms, and training facilities. The new visuals needed to reflect the updated brand, communicate professionalism, and be installed with minimal disruption to a live manufacturing environment.


The Challenge
Executing a full brand transformation in an operational pharmaceutical plant demanded strict attention to safety, scheduling, and detail. Installations were carefully timed, with some completed overnight or during low-traffic periods to avoid disrupting operations. The client also expected the highest standards of professionalism, and our team delivered - SOLAS-certified fitters, manual handling trained, experienced in sensitive environments. The project was completed with no incidents, no errors, and zero reprints required.
Our Approach
From initial contact in September to final installation in January, we worked closely with the client to plan every phase of the project. Installations included:
- Wall vinyls across labs, corridors, and break areas
- Privacy and decorative glass vinyls
- Wrapped counters and cabinetry
- 3D display boards and acrylic signage
- Redesigned training room with a painted feature wall and integrated graphics
We also provided real-time project tracking, allowing the client to monitor progress from design to installation.


The Result
The facility was completely transformed - modern, cohesive, and aligned with the new global brand. The client’s feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and the project was delivered on time and within budget.
This first engagement laid the foundation for a long-term partnership, leading to follow-up projects such as a large-scale 3D historical timeline - one of Creative Hare’s favourite installations to date.
